Telemarketing is a section of Marketing which used to determine the customer interest or which is used for awareness/promotion of products & services. Selling any products on the telephone is called as a telesales. I personally found that most of the peoples are little bit confused about Telemarketing & Telesales.

Telemarketing dept. can be the backbone of any organisation because you can utilize it for Promotional Activities, Business communications, Business Development, Customer Relationship management, Service support or Customer support. It is the process by which any company can build strong relationship with customers in less amount of investment. For Successful Telemarketing road map you have do deep analysis of your objectives and goals, You have to know what you are going to do and how you’ll make it successful. Your Communication should be very pleasant and effective which can garb the attention of your customers towards your words. It totally depends upon candidates/ executive communication skills that how they represent or execute your marketing strategy.
